Is the work covered by a warranty?

Most repairs carry a 90-day warranty on the parts we install and our workmanship. Warranty service can be handled by mail-in (inspected and approved before covered work begins) or on-site, where travel is billed at $15 per 30 minutes of drive time. Not every repair is warranty-eligible — it depends on the repair type, where the parts came from, and the condition of the device. Customer-supplied parts aren't covered.

Will additional travel fees be added if the drive is farther than expected on the day of my visit?

Possibly, yes. The travel fee shown when you book is an estimate based on the drive from our usual starting point to your address. If the technician is coming to you after another client's visit and the drive is longer on the day of your appointment, additional travel fees may apply. To avoid that, book a morning appointment — you'll most likely be the technician's first stop of the day, which gives you the best chance of the travel fee staying exactly as quoted.
