Warranty service
90-day warranty — mail in a claim
Most repairs we do carry a 90-day warranty on the parts we install and our workmanship. Something not right after a repair we did? Send it back to us — tell us what's happening, we review the claim, and then we tell you exactly how to ship it in. Every claim is inspected and approved before covered work begins.
90 days on parts
Coverage runs 90 days from your repair date and applies to the parts we installed and the workmanship on that repair.
Mail-in = approval first
Claims are inspected before anything is charged. Covered? Repair and both shipping labels are on us.
On-site warranty visits
We can come to you instead. The covered repair is free, but travel is billed at $15 per 30 minutes of drive time — mailing it in avoids that.
Not every repair qualifies
Eligibility depends on the repair type, where the parts were purchased, and the condition of the device. Customer-supplied parts aren't covered.
How a warranty claim works
- Step 1
Submit this form
Tell us the device and what's happening now. No charge, no label yet.
- Step 2
We review the claim
A tech checks it against your original repair and emails you shipping instructions.
- Step 3
Inspection on arrival
We open it up and determine whether the fault is covered by your warranty.
- Step 4
Repair & return
Covered work is free and ships back tracked. Anything else is quoted before we touch it.
